Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.



Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.



Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person per week for electricity, water, gas consumption;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 50,00 per apartment (kitchenette is upon guest's care);

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. 

 

OPTIONAL CHARGES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)

- Linen change: Bed-bathroom Euro 20,00 per person;

- Third extra bed: Euro 25,00 per day.

Policy Checkin/Checkout

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August, with arrivals and departures Saturdays and Sundays, of 3 nights in other periods.

The apartments will be delivered from 16.00 to 20.00. Check-in after 20.00 on request with a supplement of Euro 25,00.
