Le Residenze di Budoni guarantee our guests a comfortable and relaxing holiday in harness with nature and local hospitality, and the proximity to all the services offered by the resort. Accommodation is provided in houses or detached houses located in several housing estates in the town of Budoni, in a panoramic position at or near the sea. The nicely furnished apartments are located in one- or two-floors-detached houses, each one with garden and / or veranda, some with private parking.

Budoni, charming and lively tourist place, located in one of the most beautiful stretches of the north-east coast, about 35 km south from the port and airport of Olbia. Very popular, thanks to well organized accommodations and services, Budoni has managed to preserve and enhance all its Sardinian features: culture, traditions and gastronomy, as well as sea and unspoiled environment: 18 km of beautiful coastline to discover, long beaches of fine white sand lapped by clear water are typical of this area. With only a five-minutes’ drive you can reach the beautiful water of the beaches of the Isuledda, of the famous Cinta di S. Teodoro, Tahiti (drop Brandinchi) or Coda Cavallo, while the charming marina Ottiolu is only 3 km from the centre.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 35,00 per person, per week. Price includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen, toiletries.

- Check out cleaning: Euro 60,00 Two-rooms apart., Euro 65,00 Three-rooms apart. per apartment, Euro 70,00 Four-rooms apart.. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer otherwise supplement of Euro 50,00.

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)

- Bath towels: Euro 7,00 per person per change, on request by booking: Kitchen towels not available.

- Baby cot: Euro 25,00 per week on request by booking. For baby-cot brought by the guest no supplement

- Extra bed: Euro 50,00 per week on request.

- TV Color: Euro 15,00 per week

- Small pets admitted on request: Euro 25,00 per week.

- More: bike rental Euro 35,00 per week, car rental from Euro 200,00 per week, transfer from/to airport Euro 65,00 each way (1/4 pax), Euro 90,00 each way (5/8 pax), excursions reservation.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures from Saturday to Saturday, from Wednesday to Wednesday, from Saturday to Wednesday.

Arrivals and departures every day for reservations confirmed up to 15/06 (minimum stay of 4 nights, excluded period from 03/08 to 23/08).

Arrivals after 08.00 p.m. must be communicated and agreed with the property. Euro 25,00 supplement after 23.00 hours if notified, or possibility of check-in the following morning without notice.
