Limone Beach Resort is a four star hotel resort. Unique and finished to an extremely high standard - designed to inspire and connect with the surrounding environment while ensuring your comfort and convenience, this accommodation facility between Villasimius and Costa Rei, is just a stone’s throw from the beach, facing one of the most remarkably beautiful seas of the southern coast of Sardinia.
Limone Beach is a holiday village with swimming pools, Well spa, restaurant, bar, tennis courts and all you need for your memorable Sardinian holiday. Limone Beach Resort gives you the possibility to choose among a large range of different rooms: 53 beach villas at the heart of the village, 300 metres from the beach, each with their own individual characteristics and accommodation capacities. Every villa is independent and located in a peaceful and private area of the village where there is no access to traffic. Shared facilities and amenities are right in the heart of the village, not far from the villas, hence, within easy reach.There are three types of accommodation facilities: Villa Comfort luxuriously furnished and decorated with elegant finishings and accessories, in an independent and private environment;Villa Standard recently built, cosy and laid back atmosphere; Villa Comfort catering for all disabilities fully equipped for a comfortable, carefree stay that gives you full mobility within the whole complex.

The Restaurant in the heart of the Resort has a well-lit terrace and is in an enviable position overlooking the swimming pool and the central square.
You can help yourself both at lunch and dinner time, thanks to the buffet that has lots of variety and that is expertly prepared by our chef.
Limone Beach bar is the traditional meeting place for all the guests.
Here they can listen to live music, lie back sipping a drink and chatting, meeting new people and have enjoyable evenings.
At Limone Beach Resort fun and relax are guaranteed. The Resort has a swimming pool for all ages and needs.: the senior swimming pool has a surface area of 360 square meters, a large Jacuzzi pool, a foot-massage hydrotherapy plate and a little waterfall for a bit of fun and water games. The breadth and depth of the swimming pool give you the opportunity to get some good laps of swimming in, freedom of movement and total relax. Alongside-pool sun loungers and sun shades are available where you can chill out sipping a drink, in your own company or with whoever you wish, under the Sardinian sun. The junior swimming pool has been purposely studied for children's amusement, their own space to play in safety.
Bigger than the senior swimming pool, the junior pool has a surface area of 670 square meters and a green island at the centre. The pool is not very deep and safety has been given high priority. The slide entrance without steps is the ideal environment where children can spend their day in the open sunshine and in carefree enjoyment.
Limone Beach staff  have many suggestions for a wide variety of water sport activities, entertainment and games at the pool side.
The Resort offers their guests a luxury Well Spa, with a large reception room, where guests are welcomed, and are then accompanied through a series of indulgent experiences on their path to wellness through the many spa treatment packages. You can bathe in the Jacuzzi, have thalassotherapy, hydrotherapy and balneotherapy. Relax in the sauna or Turkish bath, try the Kneipp treatment to improve your blood circulation; in other words, indulge yourself, reward yourself, de-stress, detox...go on, you deserve it, all in the four beauty treatment and massage rooms.
Limone Beach staff organize sport activities as well as outdoor activities.
Adults and children can work out, do aerobics and water gym in the swimming pools, five-a-side soccer, tennis, beach volley and so on.
A dense programme of activities has been organized to keep your children busy: games, competitions, shows, sport tournaments and recreation classes in the modern mini-club.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults:

- Children from 0 within 12 years 50% reduction on adult rate.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

COMPULSORY Club Card: Euro 35,00 per person, per week, free for children from 0 within 12 years old. The card includes the use of the swimming pool, volleyball, soccer and tennis, entertainment, parking and Mini Club (4/12 years old)

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Beach service (optional, available from 01/06 to 15/09): 1° row Euro 150,00- 2° row Euro 120,00 - 3° row Euro 90,00. Rates are per week and include 2 sun beds and one sun umbrella.

Activities on payment: diving, boat rental, excursions, transfers from/to airport, SPA.

Limone Beach Resort: Location & directions

Limone Beach Resort is located on the south-east coast of Sardinia, in Castiadas, in Località Cala Sinzias, close to the protected Marine Park of Villasimius.

The village is 50 km from Cagliari, connected through the SP 17 (panoramic view) to Cagliari and the New Eastern Road, which allows to reach the port and airport of Cagliari in about 55 minutes.
