Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The property is situated 4km far from Olmedo, in Santa Caterina country (SS), and 9km far from Alghero seaside.
From the airport of Alghero-Fertilia: drive on SP42 road in direction Sassari. Drive on towards Alghero and 500m after a flyover turn left. Go on the dirt road and follow the road signs to reach the B&B.
From Porto Torres: drive on SP42 road in direction of Alghero, go over the crossroad to the airport. Drive on and just 50m before the petrol station turn right. So follow the road signs to the B&B.
From Alghero: drive on SP42 road in direction of Porto Torres. Just 50m after the petrol station right left and follow the road signs to the B&B. From Sassari: drive towards Alghero and go until the turning to Olmedo. Reached the small town, take the road to Fertilia for 2km until a little fountain where you turn left. Then follow the road signs to the B&B.
