Palau Green Village: Description

The new residence complex Palau Green Village has been conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture. Each apartment has been built with the typical Sardinian stone and is sorrounded by beautiful gardens, which are composed by plants typical of the Mediterranean wood and by granitic wind-shaped rocks of Gallura. Small pedestrian paths sorrounded by vegetation connect the apartments and the swimming-pool. The residence has an exclusive location, just 500 mt away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes ferry boat trip from the Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the fashioned Costa Smeralda. The nearest beach is only 150 meters away and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is sourrounded by a thick pineweood, the ideal place for picnics and long walks.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty

- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty

- From 17 to 8 days before the arrival: 50% penalty

- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly forfait: Euro 40,00 per person per week; children 0-3 years free; children 3-12 years Euro 20,00. It includes electricity, water, gas, bath towels and bed linen;

- Check-out cleaning: Studio-Flat 2 Euro 40,00; Two-rooms apartment 4 Euro 50,00. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care to avoid a surcharge of Euro 50,00;

- Comfort Card (from 08/06 to 14/09): Studio-Flat 2 Euro 30,00, Two-rooms aprtment 4 Euro 50,00 per apartment per stay. It includes: "BEACH SET" available for the whole stay (1 sun umbrella, 1 beach towel per person from 6 years old; 1 free backpack or 1 shopping bag with 2 bandanas per apartment), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, rusks, biscuits), "SPORTS" (pool usage with aqua-gym and swimming lessons for children), "CHILDREN SPACE" (game room with playstation area), "COURTESY KIT" (bath amenities), "WIRELESS AREA". Booking of excursions and rental of cars and motorcycles (upon payment);

- Deposit: deposit of Euro 150,00, refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests’s home address.

- Beach service (1 sun umbrella with 2 sunbeds): from 01/06 to 13/07 and from 31/08 to 28/09 Euro 8,00 per day; other periods Euro 10,00 per day, private beach conventioned with The Saline (5 km away);

- Portable Air Conditioning: Euro 100,00 per week;

- Beach set (1 sun umbrella and 2 beach towels): from 30/03 to 08/06 and from 14/09 to 26/10 Euro 20,00 per apartment;

- Daily maid service: Studio-Flat 2 Euro 15,00; Two-rooms apartment 4 Euro 20,00 (kitchenette not included);

- Bath towels and bed linen: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person, per change; bath towels Euro 10,00 per person, per change;

- Baby Cot: Euro 35,00 per week, free if provided by guests;

- Extra bed: from 30/03 to 15/06 and from 07/09 to 26/10 Euro 50,00; from 15/06 to 20/07 and from 24/08 to 07/09 Euro 70,00; from 20/07 to 24/08 Euro 90,00;

- Washing machine: free of charge;

- Transfer from Olbia Airport or Port: Euro 35,00 per person (minimum 2 people). From 10.00 pm to 06.00 am 20% surcharge. Surcharge from Golfo Aranci port: Euro 10,00 per car. Prices are intended one way;

- Pets: small pets are welcome, however access to beach and public areas is restricted, Euro 30,00 surcharge for extra cleaning.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. From 30/03 to 08/06 and from 14/09 to 26/10 minimum stays of 5 nights with arrivals and departures every day.

Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be communicated in advance to the property, otherwise acceptance can't be guaranteed. For arrivals after office hours without notice, there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00.

Baby Cot: Euros 35,00 per week, free if provided by guests.
