COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE  ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfait (electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, bed linen and towels): Euro 70,00 in Studio flat; Euro 90.00, in Two-rooms apartment, Deluxe Houses and Villino; Euro 150,00 in Three-rooms apartment and Mini Suite, Euro 220,00 in Suite, Superior Suite and Villa Ulivo. Fridge, cutlery and kitchen should be left clean upon departure, otherwise 50,00 Euro will be charged  for cleaning.

- Deposit: Euro 300,00 per apartment.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Half Board: Euro 25,00  per person per day from 07/01 to 29/06 and from 01/09 to 15/12; Euro 30,00 per person per day from 30/06 to 31/08; children from 4 to 11 years old pay Euro 15,00 per day in every period;

- Pool towels: Euro 5,00 per person;

- Baby cot: Euro 35,00 per week;

- Extra bed: Euro 35,00 per week;

- Highchair: Euro 35.00 per week.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures only on Saturdays from 30/06 to 01/09 and a minimum stay of 3 nights with arrivals and departures every day in other periods.

The San Giuliano Country Estate is located in Alghero, in the agricultural area of Santa Maria La Palma, about 6 miles from the town centre, and 3 miles from the enchanting coasts of north-western Sardinia.

From Porto Torres: Take the SP 42 to Alghero. Turn right at the crossroads for Fertilia, and continue along the SS 291 towards Fertilia. Turn left towards Fertilia-Alghero at the crossroads with the traffic lights of Santa Maria La Palma. Stay on the SS 291 and continue on to Km 28. Then turn right for the area of Guardia Grande. The San Giuliano Country Estate (Podere di Monte Sixeri) is about a third of a mile on your right.

From Fertilia Airport: Turn left out of the airport onto the SP 44 in the direction of the SS 291. Turn left at the crossroads, towards Fertilia, and continue along the SS 291 towards Fertilia. Turn left towards Fertilia-Alghero at the crossroads with the traffic lights of Santa Maria La Palma. Stay on the SS 291 and continue on to Km 28. Then turn right for the area of Guardia Grande. The San Giuliano Country Estate (Podere di Monte Sixeri) is about a third of a mile on your right.

From Olbia port or airport: Head towards Sassari. Once you have joined the SS 131, take the Alghero-Fertilia exit towards Alghero. Turn right at the end of the dual carriageway, continue on the SS 291 towards Fertilia. Turn left towards Fertilia-Alghero at the crossroads with the traffic lights of Santa Maria La Palma. Stay on the SS 291 and continue on to Km 28. Then turn right for the area of Guardia Grande. The San Giuliano Country Estate (Podere di Monte Sixeri) is about a third of a mile on your right.

From Cagliari: Take the SS 131 to Sassari, then turn off to Alghero-Fertilia. Continue on towards Alghero, and at the end of the dual carriageway turn right, continuing along the SS 291 in the direction of Fertilia, until reaching the crossroads and traffic lights at Santa Maria La Palma. Turn left, staying on the SS 291 towards Fertilia-Alghero. Continue on to Km 28, then turn right for the area of Guardia Grande.
