Between San Teodoro and Budoni, in a strikingly beautiful stretch of coast, behind the mountain that slopes gently toward the sea, is the lovely marina of Ottiolu. Its proximity to the most famous cities of Sardinia (San Teodoro is only 4 km away and the Costa Smeralda can be reached in 30 minutes by car) and the presence of several sporting facilities and the possibility of having the Club Formula, make Porto Ottiolu one of the island’s most desirable tourist destinations.

The various apartments are included in the popular Porto Ottiolu Club Resort: an area of 20 hectares where you can find all kinds of sporting facilities and activities, and more than 445 berths for boats from 6 to 22 meters. The pretty Piazzetta del Porto is an elegant meeting point for nightlife and shopping.

The main beach, south of the port, has got fine white sand, while in the north-east the sea cliff draws hidden coves with crystalline water, reachable through a small path in the mediterranean maquis that leads to Punta li Turchi, ancient landing place port of Punta them barbarian invasions in the Middle Ages.

The apartments, located near the sea or near the port, are in a one-or-two-floors housing complex and in nicely and functionally furnished. Each of them has a garden or a veranda, some with sea view and private parking.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person. Price includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen; double bed already made.

- Check out cleaning: Euro 55,00 Two-rooms apart., Euro 60,00 Three-rooms apart., Euro 70,00 Four-rooms apart. per apartment. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer, otherwise supplement of Euro 30,00.

- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week on request by booking.

- Towels: Euro 7,00 per person for each change. Dish towels not supplied and not hirable.

- Small pets admitted on request by booking: Euro 25,00 per week.

- TV: Euro 30,00 per week.

- With fee: under floodlights tennis or five-a-side football matches.

- Optional Club Card: Adults: Euro 38,00 per person, per week. Children between 3 and 12 years:  Euro 20,00 (children between 0 and 3 years: free). The card includes : group sporting lessons,  day- and  night-entertainment with games, championships, shows and cabaret, Germinal Club 3/10 years, Germinal Beach, Germinal Teens 10/13 years, miniature golf, canoeing, salsa and merengue lessons.

- Half Board: Euro 147,00 per person, per week from 02/06 to 03/08 and from 25/08 to 29/09, Euro 161,00 per person, per week in other periods. Children 0-2 years old according to consumption, Children 2-8 years old Euro 105,00 per person, per week in all periods.
