The Residence Abitare in Vacanza is located on the eastern Sardinia, in Località La Caletta, in Siniscola. Abitare in Vacanza is the ideal solution for a residential accommodation on the sea with the comfort of a hotel. The furnishing of the apartments is minimal and recollects the colors of the earth with the dominant white, to bring the charm of the beaches and of the countrysides of Sardinia into the house.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Weekly Forfeit: Studio Flat and Two-room ap. 2/3 Euro 65,00, Studio flat and Two-room ap. 2+1 Euro 75,00, Studio flat and Two-room ap. 2+2  Euro 80,00. Prices are per apartment and include: pool, electricity, water, gas, TV, air-conditioning.

- Check-out cleaning: Studio Flat and Two-room ap. 2/3 Euro 50,00; Studio Flat and Two-room ap. 2+1 Euro 60,00; Studio flat and Two-room ap. 2+2 Euro 65,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer otherwise supplement of Euro 50,00.

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

 
OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request by booking)

- Bed Linen and bath towels: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person, per change; bath towels Euro 15,00 per person per change. At least one change per week

- Daily cleaning: Euro 20,00 per day, Euro 100,00 per week.

- Transfer: From Olbia (Golfo Aranci-Seaport surcharge Euro 6,00) Airport, Euro 35,00 one way per person, minimum 2 people.

NOTE: Please, advice for arrivals after 08,00 pm. Restitution keys by 10.00 a.m. Surcharge Euro 20,00 for arrivals after 11.00 p.m. The balance payment is due at the key delivery.

The Residence Abitare in Vacanza is located by the tourist port of "La Caletta" di Siniscola, about 50 km south of Olbia.

From Olbia: take the SS 127 and follow directions to Cagliari/Nuoro. Keep driving for about 40 km on the SS 131 DCN and turn right at the junction to Posada. Follow the SS 125 and, after about 3 km, turn at the junction to Siniscola. Follow directions to the Località "La Caletta".
