Residence BOUGANVILLAGE and LE VELE are situated about 40 km south of Olbia (Airport and Ferry Port) in the village of Tanaunella, 2 km from the busy holiday resort called Budoni. They are 500 meter far from each other and are composed of apartments on two leves, located in pretty stone and pastel coloured buildings around the swimming pool, sun bathing area and colourful bouganvillea gardens. From this fantastic location it is easy to reach some of the best beaches in Sardinia.  Just a few minutes drive away are Porto Ainu, Posada, Budoni,Bidderosa. For the more active holiday maker there are plenty of places of natural, archeological and cultural interest in the area as well as restaurants, bars and nightlife.

APARTMENTS: apartments can be situated in both residences either on the ground or 1st floor each with furnished veranda or balcony. All are more than well equipped; with sat/TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and cooking facilities with an oven and a toaster and all have smoke alarms.

Residence Bouganvillage: Bar Club house (opening settled by private management), shared washing machine, sunbathing area, equipped swimming pool (limited sun beds and chairs), kids games area, mini football ground, shared BBQ area (the services mentioned are also available to guests of Le Vele Rsd). The closest village (Tanaunella, 150-600 mt) offers a selection of shops and services.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty

- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty

- From 17 to 8 days before the arrival: 50% penalty

- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID ON PROPERTY

- Weekly forfait: Euro 40,00 per person/ week; children 0/3 free; children 3/12 Euro 20,00. It includes electricity, water, gas, bath and bed linen;

- Check-out cleaning: Studio Flat Euro 40,00; Two-room ap. Euro 50,00; Three-room ap. Euro 60,00. Kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care not to incure in Euro 50,00 extra charge;

- Comfort Card: (compulsory from 08/06 to 14/09) Studio Flat Euro 30,00; Two-room ap. Euro 50,00; Three-room ap. Euro 60,00 per apartment/stay. It includes 'Beach Set' (1 sun-umbrella, 1 beach towel per person from 6 years old) available to guests for the whole stay; 'Welcome Breakfast' (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, toasted bread); 'Sports' (pool); 'Courtesy Kit' (bath amenities); 'Wireless Area'; excursions booking and car/motorcycles rental upon payment, free small backpack or a shopping bag with 2 bandanas per apartment;

- Refundable damage deposit: Euro 150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests's home address.

- Linen: Bed Linen Euro 10,00 per person per change, Bath Linen Euro 10,00 per person/ week per change;

- Beach Set: from 18/05 until 08/06 and from 14/09 until 28/09 Euro 20,00 per apartment (1 sun umbrella, 2 beach towels);

- Daily Cleaning: Studio Flat 2 Euro 15,00; Two-room ap. 4 Euro 20,00; Three-room ap. 6 Euro 25,00 (Kitchenette excluded);

- Baby cot: Euro 35,00 per week (free if brought by guest);

- Additional bed (5°/7°): Euro 50,00 for periods from 18/05 to 13/07 and from 31/08 to 28/09; Euro 70,00 for the other periods;

- Shared washing machine: free use;

- Internet connection: free;

- Pets: only small-sized admitted, except at beach and shared places. Euro 30,00 for additional cleaning.

- Transfer: Apt/port Olbia Euro 35,00 per person (min. 2 people). From h. 22:00 to h.6:00 a supplement of 20% will be applied. Prices are per each way. Suppl. G. Aranci harbor Euro 20,00 per car.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. From 18/05 to 15/06 and from 14/09 to 27/09  minimum stay of 5 nights with arrivals and departures every day.

Please contact the property if your arrival will be after 8.00 pm. Arrivals after 08.00 pm without notice penalty of Euro 50,00.

From Olbia airport: take the SS 131 DCN towards Cagliari-Nuoro, take the exit to Budoni and follow directions to Località Porto Ainu.
