This cosy residence is located in a very quiet position with a wonderful panorama over Porto Pollo bay and surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation of Gallura. The property includes some beautiful terraced apartments and a main area where all services are located, and it is about 800 mt from an enchanting white sandy beach. The Residence Calapetralana is the ideal solution for those looking for a relaxing holiday and for sports people, offering tennis, wind and kite surf possibilities together with water sports facilities in general. At about 20 km from the residence one can find the famous Costa Smeralda, with its fashionable restaurants and pubs and lively night life. Apartments are comfortably furnished, all equipped with veranda, TV and private parking. Residence guests have then the possibility of sailing, windsurf, kite-surf courses, diving, snorkeling activities and zodiac rental with special discounted rates.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person; children from 0 and within 3 years free of charge; children from 3 and within 12 years Euro 20,00. Prices include consumption of electricity, water, gas, Courtesy Kit;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 60,00. Cooking corner cleaning upon guest's care or a supplement of Euro 50,00 will apply;

- Service Card (from 01/06 to 07/09): Euro 20,00 per person per week; children 6-11 years Euro 10,00;  children 0-5 years free of charge; the card includes: "Welcome breakfast" (1 cappuccino and 1 croissant), swimming pool use, daily use of tennis courts and five-a-side football fields (at night for a fee);

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 for any damage or misuse of the property, totally refundable at check-out. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests’ home address.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at time of booking)

- Daily Maid Service: Three-rooms Apartment 4 Euro 15,00; Three-rooms Apartment 6 Euro 18,00;

- Linen change: Bed-bathroom Euro 15,00 per person, per change and per week;

- Baby Cot/Extra bed (7°): Euro 30,00 per week, from 11/05 to 13/07 and from 24/08 to 28/09; Euro 50,00 per week in all other seasons;

- Transfer: From/to Olbia Airport or port Euro 30,00 per person (min. 2 people). Between 10:00 pm and 06:00 am 20% supplement. From/to Golfo Aranci Harbour: 6,00 Euro supplement. Prices are per person, one way;

- Pets: Small pets are welcome, but beach access and public areas are restricted, Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning;

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day.

Please contact us if your arrival will be after 08.00 pm.

For arrivals after 8.00 pm not previously agreed with the property, there will be a 50,00 Euro supplement.

Residence Club Calapetralana: Location & directions

The Residence is located about 45 km form Olbia and 5 km from the town centre of Palau.

From Olbia airport/port: follow directions to Arzachena/Palau. Pass through Arzachena and keep driving towards Palau/Santa Teresa di Gallura and, once arrived at the junction to Palau, turn left to Santa Teresa di Gallura/Tempio P. After about 3 km, you will find the junction to Barrabisa/Isola dei Gabbiani. Follow these directions and, after about 1 km, you will find a crossroads on the right with road signs inscribed on a rock, indicating Cala Petralana. The Residence is 1 km on your right.
