A lush garden of palm trees and oleanders forms the background to the Green Village Resort, which will offer you a holiday in complete tranquillity and relaxation, with its two splendid swimming pools. At guests disposal you will also find a wide barbecue area, a superb swimming pool equipped with sun-beds and surrounded by a shaded grass lawn: here our young guests can enjoy their time thanks to an amusing playground. The Green Village Resort will propose you a perfect vacation in the spirit of leisure and relaxation.

It is possible to book excursions in sail and motor boats with lunch included.700m away is the splendid beach of Simius where our guests can enjoy a private beach with sun-loungers, umbrellas and beach towels

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Villasimius Tourist tax: from 01/06/2012 to 30/09/12 Euro 1,00 per person up to 11 years old.

From April 13th to May 19th rates include:

- water and electricity consumption

- final cleaning (except of kitchenette)

- air conditioning

- access to playground for kids, pool, barbecue area, gazebo area and services of Residence Palm Village

- an hour of internet traffic per room

From May 19th to October 06th rates include:

- midweek bed and bath linen

- final cleaning (except of kitchenette)

- access to playground for kids, pool, barbecue area, gazebo area and services of Residence Green Village

- an hour of internet traffic per room

- access to the private equipped beach

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY

- Baby-cot, pushchair or high chair upon request and given prior availability: 7,00 Euro per day

- Bike rental: 2,50 Euro per hour, 10,00 Euro per day, 60,00 Euro per week

- Washing machine: 6,00 Euro per wash, soap included

- Internet point or wi-fi: 1st Hour free; from the 2nd hour Euro 2,50 per hour; Euro 2,50 per half hour.

This property requires free stays from 14/04 to 09/06 and from 08/09 to 06/10, a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Sundays and/or Thursdays in other periods.

 
Reception hours from 09.00 to 20.00.

Guests arriving after this time must contact the reception in advance by phone or e-mail, to receive instructions about the key delivery. Otherwise the delivery of the apartment will be not guaranteed.
 

Green Village Resort: Location & directions

Residence Green Village Resort is situated in Villasimius, on the south-east coast of Sardinia.

From Cagliari: Drive on SP 17 from Quartu S. Elena (Cagliari suburb) to Villasimius. The road, although winding and slightly steep, overlooks the gorgeous gulf. The car ride may take maximum 1 hr for about 45 km.

From Arbatax: Head southeast on Via Genova and drive southwards to Cardedu. Take the Highway SS125 and pass Tertenia village, drive along Villapitzu and Olia Speciosa until you find Località San Pietro. Turn right and take SP19 until you reach Villasimius.
