Situated in the tourist spot of Porto Taverna, renowned for its beautiful beaches facing the Island of Tavolara, the Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu blends perfectly in with the unspoiled surroundings of a sea of countless shades of blue - the thriving scrub with its numerous bushes of juniper, from which the name of the Residence derives. The various apartments and villas are located close to all primary facilities and places of entertainment and at the same time affording the privacy needed for a quiet holiday. All the villas have sea or panoramic view and most of the rooms have a telephone. The complex of buildings goes from the beach to a slope of a characteristic hill of junipers and flowers. They are conveniently located next the "hearth" of the village where you can find the restaurant/pizzeria, swimming pool, tennis court, 5 a side football field and a small theater. A snack bar and a restaurant for lunch are situated directly on the beach. During high season tournaments and shows are organized in the centre of the village.

Children reduction in room with two adults (FORMULA HOTEL)

- Children from 0 to 2 years: baby cot free of charge, meals according to consumption;

- Children from 2 to 8 years: 40% reduction on the adult rate (except for the period 11/08-25/08).

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellations made 21 days before check-in: 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- for cancellations made 7 days before check-in: 90% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- no-show and earlier departures: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 100,00 refundable at the end of the stay;

- Forfeit (check-out cleaning, electricity, water and gas): Euro 6,00 for Studio Flats 2; Euro 12,00 for Studio Flats 4 and Two-rooms Apartments 4; Euro 18,00 for Three-rooms Apartments 6; Euro 22,00 for Villas. Prices are intended per apartment per day. Kitchenette must be cleaned before leaving, otherwise there will be a supplement of Euro 35,00;

The Residence Lu Nibareddu in the north east of Sardinia is situated on the hill that overlooks the Porto Taverna bay, it faces the islands of the natural park of Tavolara and Molara; it is about 20 km from the south of Olbia and not far from the exclusive Costa Smeralda.

From Olbia: take the coastal state road SS125 towards Nuoro and continue for about 18 km until you arrive in the locality "Monte Petrosu"; after that, turn left and follow the road signs to “Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu”.
