A freedom experience at the top of Baja Sardinia to dominate sea and surroundings, with the complicity of granite and light. Residence I Cormorani is compoused of 35 apartments with two and three rooms, functional and authentic in their Costa Smeralda style, with every comfort inside and nice equipped terraces with sea and garden view. The beach of Baja Sardinia is at few metres (300 mt) from the residence, only 3 minutes by walk on the headland with sun beds and sun umbrellas.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE  ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfait: Euro 35,00 per person per week (from 2 years old) for bed linen and bath towels, electricity and water consumption;

- Final cleaning: Euro 60,00 for the Two-rooms Flat, Euro 65,00 for the Three-rooms Flat; the cleaning of the kitchenette must be made by the customer, otherwise there will be a 30,00 Euro supplement;

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at check-out.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Baby cot for children from 0 to 2 years old: Euro 40,00 per week;

- Additional linen change: Euro 15,00 per person (cleaning NOT included);

- Club Card: Euro 40,00 per person per week; Euro 25,0 for children from 2 to 16 years old. It entitles to discounts at some restaurants and clubs;

- Half board (for minimum stays of 3 nights): Euro 40,00 per person per day;

- Full board (for minimum stays of 3 nights): Euro 65,00 per person per day;

- Pets: small pets (5 kg) allowed with supplement of Euro 60,00 per week.

The Hotel is situated in the north east coast of Sardinia a few kilometers inside the Costa Smeralda, near the Olbia airport.

From Olbia airport: (only 30 minutes drive) take SS 125 northboud to Costa Smeralda-Arzachena and then follow the signs to Baia Sardinia.
