Residence Il Borgo is a new aparthotel in typical Sardinian style with colourful low buildings, covered with stone, granite rocks and wrought iron; it is located only 400/700 mt. from several white sandy beacheas. Gardens with blooming arches and pedestrian pathways connect the apartments and the swimming pool (exclusive use for VIP apartments).

Porto San Paolo is a beautiful seaside resort with shops, cafe, restaurants, clubs and pubs, which offer the tourists different entertainment possibilities. What's more, the residence stands in front of the amazing island of Tavolara an important naturalistic park. The apartments are wide and comfortably furnished; they all have a washing machine,flatiron (on demand),TV with decoder, an equipped veranda on the first floor or an equipped patio on the ground floor. The VIP apartments have the use of the equipped swimming pool (available beach umbrellas and chaises-longues with limited assortment) which would be open from 04th june to 24th September.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY ADDITONAL COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:

- Weekly forfait Apartment B4 Euros 100,00; Apartment T5/T6 (1 bathroom) Euros 130,00; Apartment T6 (2 bathrooms) Euros 160,00 per apartment. Rates include electricity, water, gas, washing machine, TV, wireless internet connection and parking.

- Check-out cleaningApartment B4 Euros 70,00; Apartment T5/T6 (1 bathroom) Euros 85,00; Apartment T6 (2 bathrooms) Euros 95,00. Final cleaning of the kitchenette is upon guests' care otherwise a surcharge of Euros 50,00 will be applied.

- Refundable damage deposit Euros 200,00 refundable deposit (at check-out) for damage or misuse of the apartment. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS (on request, when booking):

- Daily Maid Service Apartment B4 Euros 20,00; Apartment T5 Euros 25,00; Apartment T6 Euros 35,00 (kitchenette excluded).

- Linen HireBed linen Euros 10,00 per person, for each change; Bath towels Euros 15,00 per person, for each change.

- Beach Towels Euros 5,00 per towel.

- Baby Cot Euros 30,00 per week or free of charge if brought form the guest.

- Sky Tv decoder hire: Euros 25 per week (only Decoder without card).

- Pets: Accepted. Euros 30,00 for extra cleaning.

- Transferfrom Olbia Airport or Harbour Euros 30,00 per person (minimum 2 people); between 22:00. and 06:00, 20% surcharge; Euros 6,00 surcharge from Golfo Aranci harbour. Fares are intended each way.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays or Tuesdays (SAT/SAT or TUE/TUE or SAT/TUE or TUE/SAT). From 07/04 to 16/06 and from 08/09 to 20/10 free stays with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Residence Il Borgo is located in Porto San Paolo, a lively summer resort a few Km south of Olbia and right in front of the Natural Park of the Island of Tavolara.

From Olbia: drive on SS125 direction Nuoro untill you reach the locality of Porto San Paolo.
