Residence Il Mirto is locatedin the luxuriant and elegant residential park of Cala Capra, near the famous Roccia dell'Orso, in an exclusive bay with controlled access. It is just 4 km from Palau and 40 km from Olbia, facing the Archipelago of La Maddalena and the Costa Smeralda. Residence Il Mirto is completely surrounded by green olive and juniper trees, which makes it an especially relaxing destination. All 60 apartments have private veranda with table and chairs, shower bathroom, hairdryer, TV, safe, air conditioning (in bedrooms). They are arranged around a big sea water swimming pool accessible through secluded paths and stairs. The two white-sandy beaches are only 200 m from the swimming pool, one of which is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and not far a snack bar. The restaurant "Il Paguro" offers à la carte service for romantic candlelit dinners. In the enchanting sea-view terrace the "Pizzeria l’Approdo" offers excellent pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven as well as delicious desserts.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Baby-cot for infants within 1 year old free of charge, if requested at booking time.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellations made 8 days before check-in: no penalty charges;

- for cancellations made 7 to 2 days before check-in: 20% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellations made 1 day before check-in: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellations made 0 days before check-in, no-shows and earlier departures: 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Utilities Forfeit: Euro 49,00 per week per person (from 2 years upwards), for water, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels (1 bed set and 2 bathroom set, table-linen not available);

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 55,00 for Two-Rooms Apartment, Euro 60,00 for Three-Roms Apartment. Fridge, tableware and kitchenette cleaning is upon guests’ care or Euro 30,00 will be deducted from the deposit;

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 to settle upon arrival, refundable at check-out.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Sport activities and entertainment at Park Hotel Cala di Lepre (Delphina Hotels), 1 km far away: Euro 28,00 per person per week, transfer not included;

- Beach service: sun-beds and wooden solarium with mattresses Euro 10,00 per person per day, beach towel included;

- Boat trips in the Archipelago of La Maddalena with "Delphina Express": Euro 20,00 per person (children from 3 and within 12 years Euro 14,00).

From Olbia: drive on the SS127 until the junction to Palau, take then the SS125 towards Palau and follow the directions to Cala Capra.
