The Residence Il Vascello is located on the southeastern coast of Sardinia, in a private area; about 60 km from Cagliari and about 350 meters from the beach with fine white sand of the Costa Rei. The residence offers the ideal vacation in a wonderful landscape.

The restaurant provide the guests with Mediterranean cuisine and Sardinian dishes made with fresh products. In addition, guests can relax in the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a TV lounge or in a bar.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Cancellation until 30 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

- Cancellation from 29 to 14 days before the arrival date: no penalty; 30% penalty for reservations in the period from 09/02 to 28/06 and from 21/09 to 06/01 to which have been applied special offers;

- Cancellation from 13 to 8 days before the arrival date: no penalty; 60% penalty for reservations in the period from 09/02 to 28/06 and from 21/09 to 06/01 to which have been applied special offers;

- Cancellation from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty in all cases.

The rate includes:
consumptions (water, electricity, gas), final cleaning, washing machine, satellite TV and taxes.

Tourist tax (not included in the price and to be paid on property):
Euro 0,50 per person per day from 01/07 to 31/07, Euro 0,70 per person per day from 01/08 to 31/08. Excluding children under 13, over 65, disabled and helper.


EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 to be paid on arrival and to withdraw at departure.

Club Card Il Vascello (optional): Euro 10,00 per person/ per stay. The card includes the following services:
- Service pool bar (admission only for hotel guests and club card owner of Il Vascello) - Price per consumption
- Swimming pool with Jacuzzi: free of charge (towel hire is available)
- Wi-Fi (available and price per consumption)
- TV room: free of charge

 

Optional extra costs (to require at the booking's time):
- Weekly cleaning and tidying up: Euro 50,00
- Towels: Euro 7,50 per person and change
- Bed Linen: Euro 7,50 per person and change
- Air conditioning: Euro 25,00 per week
- Cot: 0-3 years: Euro 25,00 per week and free if brought by the guest
- Children’s chair: Euro 15,00 per week and free if brought by the guest
- Small pets are allowed -cleaning fee: Euro 30,00 per week

Breakfast buffet: Euro 10,00 per person/day
Supplement lunch (cold meals): Euro 20,00 per person/day (beverages included)
Supplement dinner: Euro 27,00 per person/day (beverages included)

- Transport to / from the port or airport - and Muravera, Villasimius and around the region;
- Rentals: canoe-surfing, water skiing, jet skis, boats, pedal boats, sailing and motor boats with Skipper and sailor, sun umbrellas, sun beds, cars, scooters, bicycles, quads
- Horse riding and riding lessons, horseback riding on the beach or along the trails;
- Diving center with highly qualified staff; courses, guided dives (rental equipment available) and snorkel along the beautiful coast, night dives, wreck diving, underwater films.
- Boat trips to the islands along the coast of Capo Ferrato and the beaches of Villasimius and Marino Serpentara Park, including lunch on board.
- Sailing and windsurfing, deep sea and sport fishing, Hire of tennis courts and football pitches and miniature golf courses, guided trips to the outback of Sardinia, trips by train (trenino verde) to the center of Sardinia, and more offers.

This property requires a minimum stay of 14 nights from 03/08/2013 to 24/08/2013 and 7 nights in all other periods with check-in and check-out on Saturday.

- Supplement for arrivals and departures for all days except Saturday: price increase by 10%
- Supplement if arrival after 22:00 o’clock: Euro 30,00

Residence Il Vascello is located about 350 meters from the beautiful beach with fine white sand of the Costa Rei, 20 km from Villasimius and 65km from Cagliari.

From the airport of Cagliari: take the SS 554 in the direction of Villasimius and go next to the panoramic road SP 17. Reaching Solanas, turn left to the SS 125, which will guide you to the Costa Rei.

From the port of Cagliari: follow the direction towards Villasimius / Poetto until the SP 17. Reaching Solanas, turn left to the SS 125, which will guide you to the Costa Rei.
