The Residence L'Isola is located in Costa Smeralda, just 7 minutes away from Palau and only 2 km away from the very well known and amazing beaches of Porto Pollo and l'Isola dei Gabbiani, an international spot for kite surfing, windsurfing and sailing. Many services and activities can be enjoyed there. The newly constructed residence l'Isola was built with a strongly influenced Mediterranean feel and with great respect for the surrounding nature. The communal gardens around the complex have been planted with an array of olive and oleander trees. 

It includes garden apartments and first-floor apartments with an amazing Sea view. All the apartments are of modern architectural interior design. They have been studied in order to provide maximum comfort so as to render your stay as memorable one. Nearby you could find shops, restaurants and many services.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Electricity, water, gas, Euro 18.00 per person per week. Children 0-10 years free of charge;

- Compulsory final cleaning (Euro 40.00 for the studio flat, Euro 55 for the Two-rooms apartment,  60 euro for the Thre-rooms apartment);

- Compulsory deposit: Euro 300.00 to settle on arrival.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)

- Linen: (optional, on request): Euro 20,00 for linen, bath towels, kitchen towels per person, per change;

- Midweek cleaning (to be booked in advance) Euro 40 euro for the Studio flat, Euro 45 for the Two-rooms apartment, Euro 50 for the Thre-rooms apartment;

- Pets are allowed (only if previously requested) with an additional amount of 60 euro. Dogs MUST always be walked on-lead.

This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, of 7 nights from 04/08 to 17/08 with arrivals and departures Saturdays.

The apartments will be handed over at 17:00 hours on the arrival day; it has to be given back before 10:00 hours of the check out day. The Reception will be open on Saturday from 8:30 hours to 13:00 hours and from 16:30 hours to 20:00 hours.

Early or Late Check-in: the Reception must be informed in advance about early or late check-in.
