The Residence La Torre is located on the promenade Anglona, in the lovely town of Castelsardo, renowned since the Middle Ages for its historical and natural beauties. Thanks to its strategic location, right in the middle of the Gulf of Asinara, Castelsardo is the ideal base for exploring the coast of northern Sardinia.
The Residence La Torre is about 150 meters from the Marina beach and about 500 meters from the town center.
The Two room-apartments have a kitchenette with sofa bed, television and washing machine, a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower, terrace or outdoor courtyard equipped with table and chairs.
The three room-apartments have a kitchenette with washing machine and television, a double room and a twin room, a bathroom with shower, a terrace or outdoor courtyard equipped with table and chairs.
The penthouse has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people and kitchenette, washing machine and television, a store-room, a double room, a twin room, a bathroom with shower, a large covered balcony with view, equipped with table and chairs.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly forfeit for electricity, water and gas consumption: Euro 10,00 per person, per week, from 6 years old;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 50,00. Kitchenette is upon guest's care;

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)

- Bed linen and bath towels: Euro 10,00 per person, per change;

- Baby cot: on request.

This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Check-in from 05.00 om to 10.00 pm. Check-out by 10.00 am. Supplement of Euro 30,00 for arrivals after 10.00 pm.

Residence La Torre: Location & directions

The Residence Le Torri is located in Castelsardo, on the Lungomare Anglona. It is located 25 km from the nearest port of Porto Torres, 60 km from the airport of Alghero, 100 km from the port and airport of Olbia, 250 km from Cagliari.

From Alghero: drive on the SS 127BIS until Sassari, then continue along the SS200 until Castelsardo.

From Porto Torres: leave the town and take the SP81 towards Castelsardo; take the SS200 and follow the directions to Castelsardo.
