Residence Le Bouganville, Villasimius

Le Bouganville Residence is located in the beach resort of Villasimius on the south east coast of Sardinia. It is a mere 300 m from the long strip of fine, white sandy beach of Simius and only 600 m from the town centre with an array of shops, bars, boutiques and restaurants.

The beach is fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for the Bouganville Residence guests and thanks to its priviledged position it is within a few minutes walking distance. Watersports, with or without a tutor, are available, as well as tennis courts nearby. Villasimius beach is most popular for its crystal clear and shallow waters, extremely suitable and safe for younger guests.

Alternatively a swimming pool, set amidst a thick Mediterranean garden is a place where to relax and enjoy the cool breeze. All apartments have a veranda, telephone, TV and safe and most of them enjoy a beautiful sea view.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Caution money: Euro 200,00 per apartment, refundable upon check-out.

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 65,00 for Studio Flat, Euro 85,00 for Two-room Apartment and Euro 100,00 for Three-room Apartment. Kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care not to incure in Euro 50,00 extra charge;

- Tourist tax for the period from 01st June to 30 September: Euro 1,00 per person per day, excluded children under 10 years old.

- Air conditioning on request: Euro 50,00 per week in July and August, Euro 30,00 in other months;

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays.

The apartments will be delivered after 05.00 pm until 10.00 pm. Arrivals after 10:00 pm will be charged with a supplement of Euro 10,00 for each hour of delay.

The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 am.

Bouganville Residence is located in Villasimius at 40 Km from Cagliari.

From Cagliari seaport: drive along the city beach front Poetto and follow directions to Quartu and Villasimius. Take SP 17 that will take you up your destination. Take the first exit to Villasimius and follow indications for the Bouganville which is on your right hand side before reaching the town centre.

From Cagliari Airport: drive along SS554 and follow directions to Quartu and Villasimius. Take SP 17 that will take you up to your destinations. Take the first exit to Villasimius and follow indications for the Bouganville which is on your right hand side before reaching the town centre.
