Residence Le Pavoncelle, Santa Teresa di Gallura

The Residence Le Pavoncelle is a small new residential building located in a quiet area close to the marina and near the town of Santa Teresa (300 m). It is 800 meters from the Rena Bianca beach, reachable by a shuttle service (on request) at fixed times. The apartments are new, well furnished and equipped with TV, air-conditioning (extra charge) and private parking. They have a veranda or garden, some with small balcony.

Santa Teresa di Gallura, is an old village with a fishing tradition, today it is one of the most important tourist centres of the island. It is situated in the north eastern corner of Sardinia, and is famous worldwide for its spectacular coastline and location, in front of the wonderful Archipelago Della Maddalena and the island of Corsica, easily reachable on day excursions. The town offers an amazing nature, but also excellent tourist structures, a very modern little port with a capacity of 750 boat berths for boats of max 35 meters and a great night and social life with shops, pubs, discos, restaurants and the possibility of lots of sports activities: a town particularly suitable for the young.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person, per week. Price includes electricity, water, gas bed linen and bath towels.

- Check out cleaning: Euro 50,00 Studio flat, Euro 55,00 Two-rooms apart. per apartment, Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer otherwise supplement of Euro 30,00.

- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week on request by booking. For baby-cot brought by the guest no supplement

- Extra bed: Euro 50,00 per week on request.

- Small pets admitted on request: Euro 25,00 per week
