Residence Le Terrazze, San Teodoro

The Residence Le Terrazze is a complex of apartments built near Cala D’Ambra hill, in a scenic location about 300 m from the beach and about 600 m from the center of San Teodoro, where it is possible to find any kind of service. The apartments are situated near the sea, reachable by a short path with a slight slope and some steps. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy several water sports on the beach.

The apartments, well furnished and situated on two different levels, have their entrance on the ground floor, TV, washing machine, terrace or equipped veranda with table and chairs.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards, as well for short stays): Euro 35,00 per person per week; it includes utilities and check-out cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;

- Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request, rates per week)

- Midweek bed or bathroom linen: Euro 7,50 per person per change;

- Bikes Rental: Euro 35,00;

- Baby Cot: Euro 35,00 ( no supplement if brought by the guest; max. 1 per apartment)

- Pets are not allowed.

This property requires a free stay of minimum 3 nights until 16/06 and from 08/09, of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays and/or Wednesdays in the other periods.

The Residence Le Terrazze is located in San Teodoro, around 30 km from Olbia.

From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN direction Cagliari-Nuoro, until the exit to San Teodoro, SP1 . Follow the road sign to San Teodoro. Arrived at San Teodoro, turn left to Via Nazionale and then turn right to Via Gramsci.
