The apartments are newly built, surrounded by elegant English-style lawns and located both on the ground floor – with equipped veranda - or on the first floor - with balcony. They are comfortably furnished, all provided with TV, private parking and microwave oven.

The town of San Teodoro offers then, within a short distance, all kinds of shops and services; there is also the possibility to play several sports such as five-a-side football, tennis, horse-riding and water sports in general.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 37,00 per person per week; children 0-3 years free of charge; children 3-12 years Euro 20,00. Prices include electricity, water, gas, Welcome Breakfast (it includes jams, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, one bottle of water, rusks and biscuits); bed linen and towels are not included but rentable on property, upon payment;

- Check-out cleaning: Two-Room Apartment Euro 50,00; Three-room Apartments 4 and 6 Euro 70,00. Kitchenette cleaning upon guest's care or a supplement of Euro 50,00 will be applied;

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 for any damage or misuse of the property, totally refundable at check-out. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at time of booking)

- Daily cleaning: Two-room Apartment 4 and Three-Room Apartment 4 Euro 15,00; Three-Room Apartment 6 Euro 18,00;

- Linen change: Bed/bathroom Euro 15,00 per person, per change, per week

- Baby Cot/Extra bed: Euro 30,00 per week, from 04/05 to 06/07 and from 31/08 to 28/09; Euro 50,00 per week in all other periods;

- Transfer: from/to Olbia airport and port Euro 30,00 per person (min. 2 people). From 10 pm to 6 am 20% supplement. From/to G. Aranci port 6,00 Euro supplement. All prices are per person;

- Pets: small pets are allowed, but beach access and public areas are restricted: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

Residence Li Cupulatti: Location & directions

The Residence Li Cupulatti is located about 1,5 km from the centre of San Teodoro; Olbia port and airport are about 25 km away, while Golfo Aranci port is at about 40 km.

From Olbia: take the SS 127 and follow the directions to Cagliari/Nuoro. Drive for about 28 km on the SS 131 DCN and turn to the exit for Budoni/Agrustos. Take the SP1 and, after about 2,6 km, turn left to the Località Luddui.
