Residence Li Troni Resort is a 3 star, newly built holiday apartments property spreading around its swimming pool and surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. Thanks to its quiet position, a relaxing and pleasant holiday is secured. The property is located at about 2,5 km from the beach and about 15 minutes drive from the lively village of San Teodoro. The coast offers kilometres of white strips of sand with crystal clear water, suitable for children and adults. The 35 Sardinian style apartments, are furnished with taste and they are characterized by stone and granite external inserts. They are all equipped with TV, air-conditioning, garden or patio. Among the property facilities a bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria, where half or full board service can be arranged.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.



Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Utilities Forfeit: Euro 25,00 per person per week; it includes electricity, water, gas;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 60,00 per apartment; Kitchenette cleaning upon guest’s care or a supplement of Euro 35,00 will apply;

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 for any damage or misuse of the property, totally refundable at check-out. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests’ home address.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at time of booking)

- Bed linen and towels: Euro 20,00 per person, per change (table linen not available);

- Baby Cot: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Weekly Maid Service: Two-Rooms Apartment Euro 50,00, Three-Rooms Apartment Euro 60,00;

- Daily Maid Service: Two-Rooms Apartment Euro 20,00, Three-Rooms Apartment Euro 25,00;

- Pets: Small pets are welcome on request only, Euro 50,00 surcharge for extra cleaning.

Distance from Golfo Aranci port: about 56 km. Distance from Alghero-Fertilia airport: about 157 km. Distance from Porto Torres port: about 146 km. Distance from Cagliari airport and port: about 243 km.


From Olbia: drive on the SS131 D.C.N. towards Cagliari-Nuoro. After 35 km you will reach Budoni and then follow the directions for Località Maiorca.
