Residence Oasi e Oasi Blu, San Teodoro

The Residence Oasi is a recently built and modern complex, located about 700 m from the famous La Cinta beach and just 400 m from the town centre of San Teodoro. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, the complex has ground or first floor apartments, located in small buildings in a large area between well-tended gardens and small paths. Oasi Blu: there are two new constructions, which combine the 5/6 spacious, clean and with taste furnished apartments.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY:

- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards, as well for short stays) Euro 35,00 per person per week; it includes utilities and check-out cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;

- Deposit Euro 100,00 per apartment.

EXTRA FACULTATIVE SERVICES TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY (rates per week):

- Bed or bathroom linen: Euro 7,50 per person per change;

- bike Rental: Euro 35,00;

- small Pets are allowed  Euro 49,00 (on request);

- extra bed (only in Oasi Blu) supplement 10%;

- baby Cot: Euro 35,00 ( no supplement if brought by the guest; max. 1 per apartment).

This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 05 May to 15 June and from 08 September to 13 October; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only  Saturdays and/or Wednesdays in all other seasons.

The Residence Oasi is located in San Teodoro, around 30 km from Olbia.

From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN direction Cagliari-Nuoro, until the exit to San Teodoro, SP1 . Follow the road sign to San Teodoro. Arrived at San Teodoro, turn left to Via Nazionale and then turn right to Via Gramsci.
