Residence Palm Village: Description

The Residence Palm Village, recently built, is a semicircular property, developed around its swimming pool with Jacuzzi and retractable cover. It consists of 30 studio flats of various sizes; all apartments are elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort.

The property offers well-equipped swimming pool, private beach equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels, a fully stocked snack bar, where in addition to breakfast you can enjoy excellent snacks and delicious first or second courses (frozen). There is also a barbecue area, a gazebo area with tables and chairs for dining outside the apartment, laundry, free luggage storage, bike rental, transfers to and from the airport, motor and sailing boat trips with lunch on board, boat rental and private tours.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit : Euro 100,00 per apartment;

- Villasimius Tourist Tax: from 01/06 to 30/09/2013 Euro 1,00 per day per person from 11 years old.

From 13th April to 18th May

Rates include:

- Bed linen and bath towels (with a change per week);

- Water and electricity consumption;

- Final cleaning (except kitchenette, upon guests' care);

- Air conditioning;

- Access to playground for kids, pool, barbecue area, gazebo area and services of Residence Green Village;

- One hour of internet traffic per room.

From 18th May to 6th October

Rates include:

- Bed linen and bath towels (with midweek change);

- Water and electricity consumption;

- Final cleaning (except kitchenette, upon guests' care);

- Air conditioning;

- Access to playground for kids, pool, barbecue area, gazebo area and services of Residence Green Village;

- One hour of internet traffic per room;

- Access to the private equipped beach.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Baby cot, pushchair or high chair (on request, subject to availability): Euro 7,00 per day;

- Bike rental: Euro 2,50 per hour; Euro 10,00 per day; Euro 60,00 per week;

- Washing machine: Euro 6,00 per wash, soap included;

- Wi-Fi Internet: first hour free; from the second hour Euro 3,50 per hour, Euro 2,50 for half hour;

- Small pets: allowed upon request.

This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays and Wednesdays from 08/06 to 07/09, and flexible stays with arrivals and departures every day in the remaining periods.

Reception hours: from 09.00 to 20.00.

Guests arriving after this time must contact the reception in advance by phone or e-mail to receive instructions about the key delivery. Otherwise the delivery of the apartment will not be guaranteed.

Residence Palm Village: Location & directions

Residence Palm Village is situated in Villasimius, on the south-east coast of Sardinia.

From Cagliari: Drive on SP 17 from Quartu S. Elena (Cagliari suburb) to Villasimius. The road, although winding and slightly steep, overlooks the gorgeous gulf. The car ride may take maximum 1 hr for about 45 km.

From Arbatax: Head southeast on Via Genova and drive southwards to Cardedu. Take the Highway SS125 and pass Tertenia village, drive along Villapitzu and Olia Speciosa until you find Località San Pietro. Turn right and take SP19 until you reach Villasimius.
