Ideal for groups of friends and families with children, these apartments are located at about 2000m from the sea and about 500m from the newly built shopping center with restaurant, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, pharmacy etc.. Nearby you will find also the only disco in the village of Costa Paradiso that offers various kinds of entertainment during the summer nights.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:
- Forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person per week (except children within 3 years old). This price includes electricity, water, gas and bed linen;
- Club Card: Euro 25,00 per person per week (except children within 3 years old). This includes the use of the swimming pool for adults and children, day and evening animation, group classes and mini-club;
- Final cleaning: Two-rooms Flat Euro 50,00;
- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to be noticed at the booking time)
- Extra bed: Euro 100,00 per week;
- Baby cot: Euro 60,00 per week;
- Pets: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Towels-kit: Euro 10,00; it includes three towels.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and allows check-in and check-out every day.
Please contact the property in advance if your arrival will be after 8 pm.

The property is located 40 km away from Santa Teresa di Gallura, 70 km away from Porto Torres, 100 km away from Olbia and Alghero.

- From Olbia: take the SS127 towards Tempio Pausania and continue along the SP74 towards the coast. Go through Aggius, and once arrived at Trinita d'Agultu follow the road signs for Santa Teresa, along the road to the left there is the junction for Costa Paradiso.

- From Porto Torres: follow the directions for Castelsardo, continue for the SP81, go through Platamona and follow the road signs to Santa
Teresa, on the road to the left there is the junction for Costa Paradiso.

- From Alghero: take the SS127bis to Sassari direction and carry on along the SS672 towards Trinità d'Agultu and Vignola.
