The Residenza Locci is a charming residence situated in a beautiful and unspoiled landscape with a lush maquis. It is located only a few minutes’ drive from the south coast of Sardinia, near the white beaches lapped by a wonderful blue sea. The Residenza Locci is the ideal place for a quiet vacation, assuring total privacy and relax.

It has 10 apartments elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort. La Residenza Locci is located in the heart of Teulada (CA); the town offers many pleasant possibilities such as shops, restaurants, supermarket, equestrian center, diving center, boat rental, jet skis, boat trips, archaeological and speleological tours, wonderful free or equipped beaches.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

RATE INCLUDES: consumptions of electricity and gas, final cleaning, weekly bed linen and bath towels, air-conditioning and heating.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

The reception will be open daily from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 20.00.

The apartment will be delivered from 16.00 to 20.00 (For arrivals after this time it is necessary to advise at time of booking).

The check-out is no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (After this time the daily rate will be applied as penalty).

The Residenza Locci is located in Teulada (CA).

- From Cagliari: S.S. 195 (Sulcitana) or S.S. 130.

- From Olbia: arrive in Codrongianus (S.S. 199 and 597) and go on to Cagliari SS 131. From Cagliari S.S. 195 (Sulcitana) or S.S. 130.

- From Alghero: arrive in Sassari (S.S. 127 bis) and go on to Cagliari on the SS 131. From Cagliari S.S. 195 (Sulcitana) or S.S. 130.

- From Porto Torres: arrive in Cagliari on the S.S. 131. From Cagliari go on on S.S. 195 (Sulcitana) or S.S. 130.
