The apartment complex Residenze Belvedere enjoys a fantastic panoramic position overlooking the sea and the Gulf of Asinanara and part of the village of Costa Paradiso, offering a breathtaking view. It is located 600 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the center of the Village, where you can find all the main services: two supermarkets, two pubs, a restaurant, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop, an ice cream parlor, a jewelry, a gift shop etc. The property has a swimming pool that can be used exclusively from  the 8 apartments and each apartment has a wide veranda facing the sea.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE  ON PROPERTY
- Forfeit:  30,00 Euro per person per week (except children within 3 years old). This price includes electricity, water, gas and bed linen;
- Club Card: 25,00 Euro per person per week (except children within 3 years old). This includes the use of the adults’ and of children’s swimming pool, day and evening animation, group classes and mini-club;
- Final cleaning: Three-Rooms Apartment 55,00 Euro;
- Deposit: 150,00 Euro deposit, refundable at the end of the stay.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to be noticed at booking time)
- Extra bed: 100,00 Euro per week;
- Baby cot: 60,00 Euro per week;
- Pets: 30,00 Euro per week;
- Towels-kit: 10,00 Euro; it includes three towels.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and allows check-in and check-out every day.

The property is located 40 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura, 70 km from Porto Torres, 100 km from Olbia and Alghero.

From Olbia: take the SS127 towards Tempio and continue along the SP74 towards the coast. Go through Aggius, and once you get in Trinità D'Agultu, follow the signs for Santa Teresa SP90; along the road, to the left, there is the junction for Costa Paradiso.

From Porto Torres: Follow the signs to Castelsardo, continue for the SP81, go through Platamona, follow the signs for Santa Teresa SP90 and along the road, to the left, there is the junction for Costa Paradiso.

From Alghero: take the SS127bis to Sassari and continue along the SS672 towards Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola.
