Resort Cala di Falco, Cannigione

The Resort Cala di Falco offers two accommodation solutions among Il Borgo, La Rotonda and the Villas with half board stays in both areas and self catering apartments within La Rotonda only. The Residential area consists of 26 one bedroom apartments either on ground level or 1st floor. Cala di Falco Resort, in which particular care has been lavished on architectural detail, with stone, hand-sculpted capitals and stylish small plazas, offers a welcoming Club formula, targeting the full privacy of its guests. It is located just 100 m from the the small village of Cannigione, with a marina and several shops open all year around and 30Km from Olbia airport and harbour. The public beach of Cannigione, where it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and loungers (on a first-come, first-serve basis) stretches a few metres from the hotel’s main swimming pool, just across the road heading for the most stunning and crystal-clear coves of the Arzachena Gulf. One of the assets of Cala di Falco is that every day you can bathe in a different paradise, with our “Delphina Express” speedboat, which will take you to the enchanting islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago or to the beaches of Costa Smeralda and (at special discount rates reserved for the Resort guests).Three swimming pools are available within the Resort: the larger one is the core of the hotel and villas life, with umbrellas, loungers and pool service, the smaller one, only equipped with loungers, is located in the area called “la Rotonda”. A small children pool is within the Baby playground.

Children reduction when sharing with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 2 years: free of charge;

- Children from 2 and within 12 years: free of charge in 3rd bed, 50% reduction on adult's rate in 4th bed;

- Children from 12 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellations made 8 days before check-in, no penalty charges;

- for cancellations made 7 to 4 days before check-in, 20% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellations made 3 to 2 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellations made 1 to 0 days before check-in, no-shows and earlier departures, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.

This property requires a minimum stay of 5 nights from 12/08 to 17/08 for all rooms, and a minimum stay of 3 nights in the remaining periods only for the Standard

- Baby Club (for children from 18 months and within 4 years) and Mini Club (for children from 4 and within 14 years old) from 27/05 to 07/09 from 9.00 to 13.00 o'clock and from 15.00 to 18.30 o'clock;

- Equipped nursery accessible 24 hours a day, with free food;

- Beach service: from 10/06 to 14/09, free beach umbrellas and sunbeds subject to availability; in other periods available upon request;

- Shuttle service to other beaches;

- Use of sports facilities.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Boat trips with "Delphina Express" (half day): Euro 20,00 per person; children from 3 and within 12 years, Euro 14,00;

- Boat transfers to Cala Capra (gone and back): Euro 10,00 per person;

 - Pushchair rental: Euro 20,00 per stay (deposit required on delivery);

- Evening assistance for children from 18 months and within 6 years old: Euro 20,00 per child per evening, from 20.30 to 23.00 o'clock;

- Restaurant "La Terrazza": Euro 5,00 per person.

Hotel Cala di Falco is located in Cannigione, a small village in the Arzachena area. It is within easyy reach from the main ports and airports in Northern Sardinia: Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Palau, Santa Teresa, Porto Torres and Alghero, with travelling time ranging from 10 minutes to no more than one hour.

From Olbia airport/port: drive on SS 125 and follow the directions to Cannigione.
