Children reduction when sharing with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 2 years: free of charge

- Children from 2 and within 17 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellations made 8 days before check-in, no penalty charges;

- for cancellations made 7 to 4 days before check-in, 20% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellations made 3 to 2 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellations made 1 to 0 days before check-in, no-shows and earlier departures, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.

This property requires a minimum stay of 5 nights from 12/08 to 17/08 for all rooms, and a minimum stay of 3 nights in the remaining periods only for Standard Rooms with Sea View, Junior Suite Mirtilla with Sea View and Junior Suite Erica.

The Resort Valle dell'Erica is located in Santa Teresa di Gallura, within easy reach from the main ports and airports in Northern Sardinia: Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Palau, Santa Teresa, Porto Torres and Alghero, with travelling time ranging from 10 minutes to no more than one hour.

From Olbia: Drive on SS125 following the directions to Arzachena/Palau. Continue on SS133 towards Santa Teresa di Gallura.
