Sant'Efis Hotel: Description

For those who love the sea, relaxation and the scents and colours of Mediterranean nature. The Sant'Efis Hotel overlooks the crystal clear seascape of the Gulf of Nora, an ancient Phoenician-Punic/Roman city, one of the most important archaeological sites in Sardinia. Large palm trees enrich the park and surround the pool, creating a relaxing atmosphere, while a magnificent pathway dotted with hand-sculpted stones crosses the garden and leads to the terrace and restaurant looking out over the sea and gulf.
Sant'Efis has 50 double rooms, overlooking the tropical garden or the internal patio. All rooms are furnished in Mediterranean style, and are all equipped with independent air conditioning , satellite TV, minibar, and en-suite bathroom with hair dryer and shower. We also offer Family rooms, either three-bed or communicating double rooms with two bathrooms.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.



Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Child Policy

Children reductions sharing  a room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 2 years old free of charge, baby cot Euro 10,00 per day in all periods;

- Children from 3 to 11 years old 30% or 40% discount according to the period.



Property Policy

COMPULSORY tourist tax to settle on property: Euro 1,00 per day, per person from 12 years old, Euro 1,50 per person, per day in August.
