Located on the south-eastern tip of sardinia, only 50 km from Cagliari and 1 km from Villasimius, famous tourist destination, the Tanka Village is a resort set in an exceptional natural environment. Directly overlooking the beach of Simius, famous for its white sand and its crystal sea, it is located within the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara.
The Tanka Village is extended on a surface of 43 hectares, distributed in the vast majority on a flat land, sloping towards the sea, surrounded and immersed in the depths of the maquis shrubland, in which are harmoniously located 903 accommodations between bungalows and apartments. The rooms and the common areas are connected by many alleys, pedestrian and cycle paths, in which is forbidden the transit of cars, that could be left in the spacious free car park situated inside the Resort. The common services are all situated in the central part of the resort, 50 metres from the beach. In the common areas there are no architectural barriers in order to allow disabled people the fruition and the free access to the available services.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Babies from 0 to 1 years free of charge. Baby cot (0-3,99 years old), when requested, Euro 13,00 per day to settle upon check-in;

- Children from 2 to 11 years, 50% reduction on adult's rate. Baby and Miniclub included in rate.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Baby cot children from 0 within 4 years old Euro 13,00 per day, to settle on property and on request by booking

- COMPULSORY tourist tax to settle on property at check-in

- Pets are not allowed.

Tanka Village Golf & Spa: Location & directions

It is easily reachable from the main airports and ports of Cagliari and of its province. The Village is 50 km far away from the city center of the Sardinian capital, connected by the panoramic road SP17 to Villasimius. This road allows you to reach the stopover of the Port of Cagliari in 50 minutes and through the road SS554 you can arrive at the Aiport of Elmas-Cagliari, only 54 km far away, reachable in around 55 minutes.
