It is located in the beautiful Sinis Peninsula, the most unspoilt corner in Western Sardinia, 3 km from the beaches of white quartz sand. Villa Giada Residence consists of seven apartments, five are one bedroom flats and two are two bedroom flats. All apartments are furnished in traditional Sardinian style and are equipped with a fitted Kitchen. In Villa Giada you will have the opportunity to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Villa Giada Residence is open all year round.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made until 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit (compulsory): Euro 100,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay;

- Extra bed or baby cot: Euro 10,00 per day;

- Coin-operated washing machine: Euro 5,00 per wash load;

- Mountain-bike rental: Euro 5,00 per day or Euro 2,00 per hour;

- Small pets: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Mid-week cleaning: Euro 10,00 per hour.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival and departure on Saturdays.from 01/08 to 31/08 and a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departure every day in the remaining periods.

Villa Giada Residence is located in Cabras, 2 km from the sea on the western coast of Sardinia. The easiest way to get to Cabras is through the state road SS131/E25.
