Villa Il Veliero is located in Torre delle Stelle in south Sardinia, about 15 km from Villasimius and 40 km from international airport Cagliari Elmas. Charming detached villa with good views of the bay and the located close to the rocky Seashore at in a cosy location. The garden has flowers, trees. The pool is surrounded by a panoramic Terrace with space to laze in the sun or lunch by the BBQ area. The main floor of the house has white tiles adequately brightening the interior. There is some Shipping furniture adding to the décor. Maid service twice weekly.

The villa consist of: a split level living room with a sofa lounge fireplace area on the lower Level opening onto the covered seating terrace and the pool area. The dining area is next to The kitchen. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tube bath, another double bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds sharing a shower bathroom. Upstair, there are two bedrooms: one with bunk bed and the other with twin beds, a bathroom with bathtube. Some rooms have air-conditioning. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, outside BBQ, Parking place.

50% of the total amount will be charged on the provided credit card at time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In case of cancellation within 60 days before check-in 25% of the total booking will be charged. Between 60 and 31 days before check-in 50% of the total booking cancellation charge. From 30 days up to arrival date, No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Refundable deposit Euro 500,00, it may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard);

- Weekly Forfait charge of Euro 350,00  per week 350including gas, bed and bath linen, pool and garden maintenance, check-out cleaning (kitchen excluded);

- Water supply: water supply and septic tunk are subject to Euro 1,00 per cubic metre charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Electricity: electricity is subject to Euro 0,20 per Kw charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Kitchen cleaning: should the tenant fail to leave the kitchen clean and tidy a charge of Euro 50,00 will apply.

 

OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request by booking)

- Maid service: Euro 15,00 per hour;

- Extra linen: Bath towels Euro 7,00 per person, per week; bed linen Euro 7,00 per bed;

- Baby Cot: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Small pets on request: Euro 30,00 per week, per pet;

- Arrivals are Saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed;

- Minimum stays of one week are required, minimum two weeks in August;

- Check-in time is between 15.00 and 17.00 on the day of arrival;

- Arrivals after 17.00 (to notify upon reservation or before arrival), instructions to access directly to the villa will be given and the keys will be collected from a specific container with code;

- Arrivals after 17.00 with assistance (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of 50,00 Euro;

- Check-out time by 10.00.
