Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required a month before check-in.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 3 years old: free of charge in baby-cot;
- Kids from 4 and within 18 years old in extra-bed: Euro 50,00 supplement per day.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. A cancellation charge of 50% on the total booking amount will apply for cancellations made within 29 to 3 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this period, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
