Bei Buchung wird 50% des Buchungsgesamtbetrages Ihrer Kreditkarte belastet. Der Restbetrag wird innerhalb von 60 Tagen vor dem Lieferungstag der Villa eingefordert. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Im Falle einer Stornierung innerhalb von 60 Tagen vor dem Check-in, wird eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 25% des Buchungsgesamtbetrages auferlegt, zwischen 60 und 31 Tagen vor der Ankunft 50% Stornogebühr. Bei Stornierungen nach Ablauf dieser Frist wird eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 100% des Buchungsgesamtbetrages auferlegt. Nichtanreisen oder vorzeitige Abreisen 100% Stornogebühr.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Refundable deposit Euro 500,00, it may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard);

- Weekly Forfait charge of Euro 30,00 per person per week including gas, bed and bath linen, pool and garden maintenance, check-out cleaning (kitchen excluded);

- Water supply: water supply and septic tunk are subject to Euro 1,00 per cubic metre charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Electricity: electricity is subject to Euro 0,20 per Kw charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Kitchen cleaning: should the tenant fail to leave the kitchen clean and tidy a charge of Euro 50,00 will apply.

- Arrivals are Saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed;

- Minimum stays of one week are required, minimum two weeks in August;

- Check-in time is between 15.00 and 17.00 on the day of arrival;

- Arrivals after 17.00 (to notify upon reservation or before arrival), instructions to access directly to the villa will be given and the keys will be collected from a specific container with code;

- Arrivals after 17.00 with assistance (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of 50,00 Euro;

- Check-out time by 10.00.

From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport - 145 Km Take SS 125bis Olbia-Sassari to Sassari and then Porto Torres. From Porto Torres follow directions to Stintino Scorrimento Veloce or Stintino SP 34. After 20 Km there is a round about, follow directions Coscia di Donna, after 2 Km you are at the Country Paradise-Villa Margherita. From Porto Torres - 30 Km.
