Villa Marzia is located in Torre delle Stelle in south Sardinia, about 15 km from Villasimius and 40 km from international airport Cagliari Elmas. Charming, private detached villa located on a hill facing the sea. The villa is built in three levels. In the ground floor from the panoramic veranda overlooking the sea, the bay of Torre delle Stelle you enter the living area with cooking facilities and shower bathroom.

From the living area there is a wood stairway (16 steps) leading to the first floor where there are one double bedroom with a small panoramic terrace, two twin bedrooms (joinable). One of the twin bedrooms has two steps down at the entrance. On the same floor there is a shower bathroom with two step down at the entrance. From this floor through a stair up (13 steps) you lead to the fourth twin bedroom (joinable) with a small panoramic terrace. The villa is equipped of a washing machine, outside shower and barbecue. Car parking for 2 cars.

50% of the total amount will be charged on the provided credit card at time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In case of cancellation within 60 days before check-in 25% of the total booking will be charged. Between 60 and 31 days before check-in 50% of the total booking cancellation charge. From 30 days up to arrival date, No-shows and early departure will be charged in full

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Refundable deposit Euro 500,00, it may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard);

- Weekly Forfait charge of Euro 30,00 per person per week including gas, bed and bath linen, pool and garden maintenance, check-out cleaning (kitchen excluded);

- Water supply: water supply and septic tunk are subject to Euro 1,00 per cubic metre charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Electricity: electricity is subject to Euro 0,20 per Kw charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Kitchen cleaning: should the tenant fail to leave the kitchen clean and tidy a charge of Euro 50,00 will apply.

- Maid service: Euro 15,00 per hour;

- Extra linen: Bath towels Euro 7,00 per person, per week; bed linen Euro 7,00 per bed;

- Baby Cot: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Arrivals are Saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed;

- Minimum stays of one week are required, minimum two weeks in August;

- Check-in time is between 15.00 and 17.00 on the day of arrival;

- Arrivals after 17.00 (to notify upon reservation or before arrival), instructions to access directly to the villa will be given and the keys will be collected from a specific container with code;

- Arrivals after 17.00 with assistance (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of 50,00 Euro;

- Check-out time by 10.00.
