Villa Mezzaluna, Stintino

Villa Mezzaluna is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and garden, building in local stone, composed of a living room with two sofa beds, kitchenette, a double room and a bathroom with shower, garden with external shower. Situated at 500 meters far away from the sea (Gabbiano beach), in a quiet and reserved place. The parking is private.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

EXTRA COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly forfeit: Euro 45,00 per person per week (except children within 3 years old). It includes internal costs such as electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels.
- Final cleaning: Euro 80,00 per apartment.
- Refundable damage deposit: Euro 150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests's home address.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS:
- Internet connection: Euro 5,00 per week (available by the reception office)
- Animals: admitted, Euro 50,00 per stay.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights and allows check-in and check-out only on Saturdays.

Please contact the property if your arrival will be after 9 pm. Late arrivals penalty of Euro 25,00. Without notice, the apartment will be delivered the day after. Office opening time: 09 am-01 pm/05-09 pm.

The apartment is located at about 30 minutes from the Fertilia airport and from the port of Porto Torres.

From Alghero Airport Fertilia - 40 Km
Follow direction to Porto Torres and then to Stintino (fast-flowing road) or Stintino SP 34.

From Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport - 145 Km
Take SS 125bis Olbia-Sassari to Sassari and then Porto Torres. From Porto Torres follow directions to Stintino (fast-flowing road) or Stintino SP 34.
