Villa Timborà is a prestigious villa situated on the cliffs of San Giovanni di Sinis. It is 20 meters from the sea in an exclusive area and has an area of 130 square meters.

Die Villa consists of a large veranda facing the sea, a garden facing the sea, a large and bright living room, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms for 8-9 people.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Service forfeit Euro 35,00 per person, per week from 6 years old for electricity, water, gas and daily assistance; two compulsory rates for studio-flat, three compulsory rates from two-room apartment and more;

- Check-out cleaning Euro 150,00. The host should clean the kitchen, dishes, microwave. Also, the fridge and pantry should be emptied. In case of missed cleaning fee of Euro 25,00. It is compulsory recycling and it must be done entirely by the host. If you leave the waste inside the house you  must pay a penalty of Euro 25,00;

- Compulsory deposit Euro 100,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.


OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)

- Linen and towels single set Euro 18,00 per change; Euro 35,00 double set. The set includes linen, towels and pillow case;

- Small pets Euro 3,00 per day;

- Bike rental: Euro 12,00 per person, per day, Euro 40,00 per person, per week, Euro 30,00 per week for children up to 10 years old;

- Beach towel: Euro 5,00 per week (family offer Euro 20,00 per week 4 sheets) up to room availability;

- Sunbeds and umbrellas: two sunbeds and one umbrella cost Euro 8,00 per day, subject to availability;

- Optional Comfort card: Euro 20,00 per person per week from 4 years old. It includes: SEA SET (includes 2 chairs and an umbrella for family and beach towels for the number of people in the apartment), WELCOME SARDINIA (welcome basket with typical Sardinian products), SWEET SARDINIA (Sardinian sweets tray for departure).

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out every day.

Check-in is expected in the evening between 16.00 and 20.00 unless otherwise agreed. It must be communicated in time via email. Also, it is  important to release a phone number to reach.
 
Check-out should be no later than 10 am unless otherwise agreed or agreements.

People declared at time of booking must match at arrival, unless otherwise agreed.


Early or late arrivals and departures: arrivals after 20.00 and departures before 8.00 penalty of Euro 25,00, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of early departure, the new date must be communicated in time and the amount already paid will not be refunded.

Villa Timborà is located in San Giovanni di Sinis, a hamlet of Cabras.

Coming from north Sardinia, follow directions to Cagliari-Oristano while coming from south Sardinia follow directions to Sassari-Oristano. Exit at “Oristano Nord” and go on for 5.5 km following directions to Oristano. You will find the signs for Cabras and Torre Grande under the bridge. Follow those signs and after 2.5 km turn right to Cabras and after a further 800 mt turn left to San Giovanni di Sinis. Keep driving for 8 km.
