Villa Tiziana is situated in Torre delle Stelle, south Sardinia, about 15 km from Villasimius and 40 km from international airport Cagliari Elmas. Simple and pretty semi-detached villa with sea view. From the veranda overlooking the pool, you have access to the small kitchen and to the ample living area. From the living area through a step down you have access to the kitchen and to a bathroom with bath and a twin bedroom joinable. Always from the living area you have access to another bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 pax); down two steps you have access to the shower bathroom. Through a stair up from the living area, you have access to the double bedroom with air conditioning . Outside BBQ. Swimming pool, external shower, safety box, washing machine, dish washer.

50% of the total amount will be charged on the provided credit card at time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In case of cancellation within 60 days before check-in 25% of the total booking will be charged. Between 60 and 31 days before check-in 50% of the total booking cancellation charge. From 30 days up to arrival date, No-shows and early departure will be charged in full

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Refundable deposit Euro 500,00, it may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard);

- Weekly Forfait charge of Euro 30,00 per person per week including gas, bed and bath linen, pool and garden maintenance, check-out cleaning (kitchen excluded);

- Water supply: water supply and septic tunk are subject to Euro 1,00 per cubic metre charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Electricity: electricity is subject to Euro 0,20 per Kw charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Kitchen cleaning: should the tenant fail to leave the kitchen clean and tidy a charge of Euro 50,00 will apply.

- Maid service: Euro 15,00 per hour;

- Arrivals are Saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed;

- Minimum stays of one week are required, minimum two weeks in August;

- Check-in time is between 15.00 and 17.00 on the day of arrival;

- Arrivals after 17.00 (to notify upon reservation or before arrival), instructions to access directly to the villa will be given and the keys will be collected from a specific container with code;

- Arrivals after 17.00 with assistance (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of 50,00 Euro;

- Check-out time by 10.00.
