In the beautiful bay of the Golfo di Marinella, one of the most famous tourist destinations in the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, where the land slopes gently toward the sea, lies the village
Baja de Bahas, not newly built, but set in beautiful surroundings of mediterranean maquis, in a green flowery garden, overlooking stunning beaches, where coves of fine sand are interspersed with rocks.

A paradise for walks alongside the unspoiled beaches and for summer sport, ideal for young people, singles, families and anyone wishing to spend a nice holiday in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
The village Baja de Bahas, surrounded by flowery gardens, consists of several buildings and houses, with veranda or garden and just 50/300 meters from the beach, where the apartments are located. The apartments have a kitchenette, TV, tasteful and essential furniture, and are different from each other, according to the taste of each owner.
In the square of the village, meeting place in the afternoon and evenings, there’s a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a newsstand and the reception.
The hotel offers half board or full board at the restaurant "Il Segreto" (special price to be paid locally).
Nearby you can find: medical service, horse riding, scuba diving, disco, piano bar, beauty salon and hairdresser, and about 1 km away, a shopping mall.
It’s possible to book interesting and beautiful trips by boat and by bus: La Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, Budelli, Tour Barbagia, Tour Costa Smeralda.

The property is located just a few minutes from Porto Rotondo, where you can follow events of great cultural appeal, full of fascinating traditions, enjoy the finest cuisine in a great deal of traditional restaurants and trattorias. The shops offer the opportunity for an exclusive shopping. The hotel has an agreement with some of the best known and most exclusive clubs.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Following penalty charges willbe applied:

- For cancellations from 20 to 16 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- For cancellations from 15 to 11 days before check-in 50% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- Cancellations from 10 to 0 days before check-in and no-shows will be charged in full.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures just on Saturdays and on Tuesdays from 03/08 to 31/08. Other days, on request from 04/05 to 03/08 and from 31/08 to 12/10.

The office will be open from 9.00 am to 13.00 and from 16.30 to 20.00. The delivery of the apartments will take place on Saturdays from 16.30 to 20.00. In case of late arrival, the guest should give notice at booking time or some time earlier (arrivals will be accepted not later than midnight). Otherwise, the guests may not take possession of the apartment until the following day.
During the other days of the week, the apartments will be delivered until 20.00. For arrivals after 20.00, that have to be communicated to the reception, there will be a supplement of 15,00 Euro.

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE  ON PROPERTY (CASH)
- Forfeit:  33,00 Euro per person per week from 04/05 to 08/06 and from 07/09 to 12/10; 43,00 Euro per person per week from 08/06 to 07/09. This price includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels, with weekly change, that will be delivered at the reception. There are no kitchen linen in the apartments. Children from 0 and within 6 years do not pay the forfeit services.
- Final cleaning: Studio Flat 53,00 Euro; Two-rooms apartment 60,00 Euro; Three-rooms apartment 65,00 Euro. The cleaning of the kitchenette has to be made by the customer (otherwise there will be a  extra charge of 30,00 Euro).
- Deposit: 150,00 Euro deposit, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by mail to the guests' home address.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (CASH)
- Mini-club for 4-13 years old children: 25,00 Euro per person per week;
- Baby-sitting;
- Condhotel Service: domestic workers with daily cleaning of the apartment and change of bed linen and towels: Studio Flat 13,00 Euro, Two-rooms Apartment 15,00 Euro, Three-rooms Apartment 18,00 Euro;
- Change of bed linen twice a week;
- Laundry service;
- Internet point;
- Tennis court in mateco;
- Secure docking and rental of small and medium-sized boats;
- Bicycles and scooters rental;
- Cars rental at discounted prices, even with delivery to the port and airport;
- Windsurf school (in July and August);
- Baby cot (for 0-2 years old children): not available (guests’ own cot, reported on/at booking time, accepted for free);
- Small pets allowed upon request: 15,00 Euro per stay (presence and breed have to be reported at booking time).

From the port or airport of Olbia: Proceed north-east on the SS 125 until the junction with the SP 16. Follow then the signs for Località Marinella.
