The Villas Resort (Castiadas) is located in the beautiful natural cradle of quiet south east coast of Sardinia. A long gold-colored  strip of sand and a crystal sea are waiting for you in this paradise. The Castiadas beach is bordered with the equally beautiful coast of Costa Rei, where the fine sand and shallow water remind Caribbean scenarios. Loved and frequented also the Point of Santa Giusta and peaceful  Peppino rock that offers tourists sun, fun and natural pools of warm water perfect for your tan, enjoying all the flavors of relax. The beach, set by travel magazines among the five most beautiful beaches in the world, is equipped with all comforts, large sun-umbrellas, comfortable sun lounges and with the Beach Bar for a special snack surrounded by typical Mediterranean nature.
For those wishing to enjoy moments of pure pleasure and relaxation, the spa of Resort, with a Jacuzzi pool, a Turkish bath and emotional showers, offers its guests treatments, massages, aesthetics and customized wellness packages with highly qualified staff.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults

- Infant from 0 to 1 year: supplement of Euro 25,00 per day, baby cot and meals included (to settle on property).

- Children from 2 to 12 years old not completed: reduction of 50% on adult's rate.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

Compulsory Club Card to settle on property from 16TH June to 08th September, Euro 35,00 per person per week, Euro 25,00 for children from 4 to 14 years. Children until 4 years free of charge.

Tourist tax: possible tourist tax not included, to settle on property.
