Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.

Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that electricity consumption is charged at EUR 0.30 per kWh. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided.

Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for or an additional charge of 20€ per person. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
