Porto Ottiolu, a hamlet north of Budoni, was once a small port, which in ancient times was used as a landing by the Romans in their Sardinian routes. The name comes from the Sardinian language "Portiolu", hence the present name of Ottiolu.
Ottiolu is located in a beautiful area of North-Eastern Sardinia, in a delightful and intriguing natural setting that deserves a visit. About 25 Km south from Olbia, easily reachable from the Costa Smeralda port and airport.

The different location of the apartments does not allow a precise description of them. they are Two-rooms apartments (for 2 or 4 people), three-rooms apartments (for 4 or 6 people) and four-rooms apartments (for 8 or 12 people), all equipped with kitchenette and bathroom. The various apartments are from 1000 to 3500 meters from the sea.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the apartment.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Bed linen: Euro 20,00 per person per set;

- Bath towels: Euro 20,00 per person per set;

- Kit linen + towels: Euro 25,00 per person per set;

- Extra bed: Euro 150,00 per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 50,00 per week.

This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with free arrivals and departures. Stays under 7 nights allowed upon request.

From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN towards Cagliari-Nuoro until the exit for Budoni and follow the signs to Agrustos.
