The Estate Ledà d’Ittiri is located at the slopes of Monte Dolla and at the border with Porto Conte Natural Park. It is in the middle of the green countryside, but at the same time just few kilometres far from the town of Alghero and the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Corallo.
The soul of the estate are Antonella Ledà d’Ittiri, descendant of an important Sardinian noble family, and her daughter Annamaria. The constant research of beauty, genuine and healthy life is the philosophy of the two ladies.

In about two decades of hard work the estate has been transformed from a wasteland into a multifunctional property where the excellence of the artisanal productions meets a modern concept of food and wine tourism.
The Wine Resort is a house of charme obtained restoring an old country house. A small oasis in the middle of the vineyard, but at the same time very close to the lively town of Alghero.

It is the perfect place to regenerate the soul and the body from the stress of modern life. Few exclusive rooms, all differently furnished, where elegance and simplicity are in perfect harmony with the beauty ofthe nature.
The Resort offers guided visits of the estate, wine and olive oil tastings and cooking classes, a way to experience the perfumes and flavours of the territory.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Children from 5 to 11 years reduction of 50% on adult's rate.

The property is not suitable for children under 5 years.

INCLUDED SERVICES:
Daily cleaning, linen change every 3 days, towels for pool.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Visit of vineyard and olive trees with tasting of wines, olive oil and other local products are organized. A minimum of 8 participants is required and can be booked directly by the property.

Arrivals after 8 pm must be communicated in advance to the property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the 30% will apply for cancellations made between 29 and 16 day before check-in. Cancellations made between 15 and 8 days before check-in, penalty of 50%. Cancellations made between 7 and 0 days before check-in, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The property is located between the villages of Santa Maria La Palma and Fertilia, just 3 km from the sea and 8 from the center of Alghero. The airport is about 6 km, reachable in 5 minute drive. Despite the proximity to the population centers, there is no public transportation in this area. The structure is therefore suitable only to those equipped with their own car.

From Alghero Fertilia Airport: at the exit of the airport, turn right and go straight for about 2km, turn right towards SS291. Turn right onto the SS291 and continue for about 2 km, turn left at the property's sign. Arrival after 500 meters.

From SS131: Follow the signs for Alghero. When you reach a large roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Santa Maria la Palma / Fertilia. At the traffic lights of Santa Maria la Palma, turn left and proceed for 5 km. At the property's sign, turn right . Arrival after 500 meters.
