With its 27 apartments, arranged in a semi-circle around the pool and the central building, which is near the bar and the reception, there are various living solutions: two-rooms or three-rooms apartments, sleeping from 2 to 6 persons.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made until 30 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 7 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 6 to 3 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made from 2 days before check-in will be charged in full (100%).
Property Policy
RATES INCLUDE:
- apartment rent, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and heating;
- use of the swimming pool for adults and children, sunbeds and pool umbrellas;
- use of the children's playground;
- WI-FI connection;
- external parking area;
- garage for motorbikes only;
- weekly cleaning (excluding kitchen surfaces, cutlery, dishes and pans) with change of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen and further midweek change of sheets, towels and kitchen linen;
- baby cot, to request at time of booking;
- baby high chair, to request at time of booking;
- transfer to and from Arbatax airport and port, to request at time of booking.
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)
- Deposit of Euro 250,00 (Euro 300,00 for the Villa) to settle (cash payment) upon arrival and refundable ast the end of the stay, except for any damage.
EXTRA SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request by booking)
- laundrette: Euro 5,00 per wash including washing powder, except in Villa;
- extra cleaning of the apartment: Euro 60,00 for the two-rooms apartment; Euro 75,00 for the three-rooms apartment, Euro 90,00 for the Villa;
- extra linen change: Euro 6,00 per person;
- set of towels, Euro 6,00 per person;
- set of sheets;
- garage to request at time of booking: Euro 8,00 per day for cars. Free of charge for motorbikes;
- bike rental: Euro 5,00 per day;
- beach towels (Euro 5,00 per week) except in Villa;
- extra bed (double sofa-bed for 2 people in the living room): Euro 25,00 per day (Euro 30,00 in Villa), children 0-3 years free of charge;
- Pets are not allowed.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Check-in is from 05.00 pm to 21.30 pm. Arrivals at different times must be communicated in advance.
Check-out is by 10.00 am.
Apartments Delivery times up to Saturday, 28th April 2012:
Morning: 09.00 am - 01.00 pm
Afternoon: 03.00 to 07.00 pm
The pool will open on 28th April 2012.
The Residence Borgo degli Ulivi is located in Arbatax, on the east coast of Sardinia.
To reach the residence leaving from Olbia, follow the directions to Sassari-Cagliari and, after about 2/3 km of single lane coastal road, you will find directions to Nuoro. Turn to Nuoro and drive on the expressway to San Teodoro-Nuoro. After about 60 km, you will reach the industrial area of Nuoro. Pay attention here and follow the directions to Nuoro, on the right.
Once in Nuoro, follow the directions to the hospital and then to Lanusei-Arbatax (there is a 1 km long tunnel). Keep driving on the expressway until you reach the crossroads to Villagrande Strisaili, which you will find on your left, in front of a little "Esso" service station, after about 40 minutes of driving from Nuoro. Go through S. Barbara wood and, once arrived at the crossroads to Villagrande Strisaili, keep driving towards Tortolì.
Once in Tortolì, drive towards Arbatax and after the population centre, turn right after the chemist's; after about 300 m you will find the residence on your left.
