The Residence Arcobaleno is a new complex building located in a quiet area of San Teodoro, 500 mt from the town centre and about 400 mt from the beautiful long beach "La Cinta", characterized by a a very fine and white sand. The residence offers nice and comfortable apartments on two levels, equipped with simple and functional furniture. San Teodoro is the perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, thanks to its enchanting beaches and its still wild nature. This part of the Sardinian oriental coast is of particular beauty, thanks to the natural Park of Tavolara, an imposing rocky island just off the coastline. San Teodoro offers then a very lively atmosphere, thanks to its several restaurants, pubs, discos and its famous night movida.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards, as well for short stays): Euro 35,00 per person per week; it includes utilities and check-out cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;
- Deposit Euro 100,00 per apartment.
EXTRA FAKULTATIVE SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY(rates per week):
- Bed or bathroom linen Euro 7,50 per person per change;
- Bike Rental: Euro 35,00;
- small Pets are allowed, on request: Euro 49,00.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
The property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 5 May to 15 June and from 8 September to 13 October; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only Saturday and/or Wednesday in all other seasons.
The Residence Arcobaleno, is located in San Teodoro, around 30 km from Olbia.
From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN direction Cagliari-Nuoro, until the exit to San Teodoro, SP1 . Follow the road sign to San Teodoro. Arrived at San Teodoro, turn left to Via Nazionale and then turn right to Via Gramsci.
