The Residence Stella Marina is a new built complex, strategically located in a flat area about 800 mt from the famous beach “La Cinta” and 400 mt from the centre of San Teodoro. The complex consists of several apartments clustered in small buildings. The apartments are well furnished and have private entrance; they can be located on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with veranda, equipped with table and chairs for dining in the open. They are also provided with TV, washing machine and a small outdoor shower.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards and for short stays) Euro 35,00 per person per week; it includes utilities and check-out cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;
- Deposit Euro 100,00 per apartment.
EXTRA FACULTATIVE SERVICES TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY (rates per week):
- Bed or bathroom linen: Euro 7,50 per person per change;
- Bikes Rental Euro 35,00;
- Small pets allowed upon request Euro 49,00;
- Extra bed supplement of 10%;
- Baby cot Euro 35,00 (no supplement if brought by the guest; max. 1 per apartment).

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 7 April to 15 June and from 8 September to 13 October; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only Saturdays and/or Wednesdays in all other seasons.
The Residence Stella Marina is located in San Teodoro, around 30 km from Olbia.
From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN direction Cagliari-Nuoro, until the exit to San Teodoro, SP1 . Follow the road sign to San Teodoro. Arrived at San Teodoro, turn left to Via Nazionale and then turn right to Via Gramsci.
