The Residence Li Menduli is located in a strategic position, about 900 m from the beautiful beach of La Cinta, where guests have the opportunity to enjoy several water sports and to rent umbrellas and sun beds, and just 400 m from the center of San Teodoro, reachable with a short walk and where it is possible to find all the main services. The complex consists of two groups of terraced apartments close to each other and surrounded by greenery. The apartments are located on the ground floor with terrace or on the first floor with sheltered balcony, equipped with table and chairs, functionally furnished and with TV connection. The residence also has a car park next to the property.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards, as well for short stays) Euro 35,00 per person per week; it includes utilities and check-out cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;
- Deposit Euro 100,00 per apartment.
EXTRA FACULTATIVE SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (rates per week):
- bed or bathroom linen: Euro 7,50 per person per change;
- bikes Rental: Euro 35,00;
- extra bed not available;
- baby Cot Euro 35,00 ( no supplement if brought by the guest; max. 1 per apartment)

Policy Checkin/Checkout
The property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights from 05 May to 15 June and from 08 September to 13 October; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only Saturdays and/or Wednesdays in all other seasons.
The Residence Li Menduli is located in San Teodoro, about 30 km from Olbia.
From Olbia: Take the SS 131 DCN direction Cagliari-Nuoro, until the exit to San Teodoro, SP1 . Follow the road sign to San Teodoro. Once arrived in San Teodoro, turn left to Via Nazionale and then turn right to Via Gramsci.
