Located at 4 km from the tourist center of Santa Teresa and at only few hundred meters from the sea, this complex, which slopes towards the sea, is composed of several different buildings surrounded by the tipycal scent of the mediterranean vegetation. It is the ideal place both for people looking for a quiet holiday and for night life lovers (in Santa Teresa during the high season). Nearby one finds some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardina, with their wonderful crystal clear sea.
Thanks to the lucky positon of the area, it is possible to find, at only few kilometers, both beaches protected from the wind or very windy ones for surf lovers. The extremely clear sea offers diving and snorkeling possibilities (also with expert guides). Reacheable by dinghy several amazing little coves, the enchanting island of la Maddalena and the coasts of Corsica. For those who are interested in, there are also several archeological sites and giant tombs to visit.

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Weekly forfait Mono Euros 45, Bilo Euros 50, Trilo Euros 60 includes electricity, water, gas.
- Check-out cleaning Mono 3 Euros 45 ; bilo 4 Euros 50 ; trilo 6 Euros 60,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette is upon guest’s care or it will be a surcharge of Euros 25,00.
- Refundable damage depositEuros 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests’s home address.
OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request, when booking):
- Linen: Towels: Euros 12,00 per person, per change; bed linen Euros 15,00 per person, per change;

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays or Tuesdays (SAT/SAT or TUE/TUE 7 nights; SAT/TUE 10 nights; TUE/SAT 11 nights).
